If you are a Go Online customer, the next time you make one of the following transactions (over the Netcode daily limit) you will need a Netcode.
- make a one off payment (eCheque)
- make a self selected Bill Payment
- add an Automatic Payment
Once registered for Netcode, whenever you request the transaction (where you exceed the Netcode daily limit), a computer generated Netcode will automatically be sent to your mobile phone. Your mobile phone number will be confirmed upon registration. You will be asked to enter the Netcode onto the Go Online screen to confirm it is actually you, before the transaction is processed.
You will only need one Netcode for each Go Online session, even if you are making multiple transactions where exceeding your daily transaction limit.
You will need a new Netcode if,
- you close your web browser
- your Go Online session times out (after five - seven minutes)
- you sign off from Go Online
In any of these cases you will automatically be sent another Netcode when you try to make a transaction that requires Netcode authentication.
